Makes 2 dozen cookies

2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (13 oz.) bag Snickers miniatures

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, mix butter, peanut butter, and both sugars with a mixer. Slowly add eggs and vanilla until combined. Add flour, salt, and baking soda; mix together. Cover bowl and chill for 2 hours. Divide dough into table spoon pieces and flatten. Place a Snickers in the center and form dough into a ball around the Snickers. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes. Milky Way minis can be substituted for the Snickers.
