Makes 5 dozen cookies

3 1/4 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
powered sugar
2 eggs
2 table spoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cups walnuts, chopped
1 cup sugar
1 (3 1/4 oz.) package instant pistachio pudding
1 (6 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together, set aside. In mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla and beat until well blended. Slowly add flour mixture until blended, then add pudding. Add green food coloring for more color. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by round teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Dust with powered sugar, if desired.
