Makes 6 dozen small cookies

1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup flour
2 teaspoon cream of tarter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 table spoons sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon

Cooking Instructions:

Mix together shortening, sugar and eggs. Sift together flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt. Stir in flour mixture to wet ingredients. Roll dough into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar. Grease baking sheets and bake at 375 degrees F. for about 10 minutes.
