1 box graham crackers (use low fat or no fat)
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
2 cups pecans (chopped)
Prepare 2 cookie sheets with aluminum foil and lay out the graham crackers on the sheets (touching)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a pan, melt butter, then add pecans and brown sugar. Cook until the brown sugar is melted, stirring constantly, taking care not to burn the mixture.
Spoon the mixture over the crackers and bake for 10 minutes.
