Chocolate Icing: Submitted by: Test Kitchen | Date Added: 14 Mar 2010 Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 shortening

Cooking Instructions:

Combine sugar and milk over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to boil. Cover for three minutes. Set aside afterwards. Add butter and cocoa. Let stand until warm temp. Place mixture in blending bowl and add shortening. Whip with mixer until icing becomes fluffy. About 20 minutes.

Great white gobs and chocolate-chocolate gobs.
