Iced Chocolate Cookies

2 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup shortening
4 square chocolate
1 1/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sour milk
1 cup nuts, chopped

Icing: Mix until smooth

3 table spoons coffee
3 table spoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 table butter
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Cooking Instructions:

Melt chocolate and shortening and mix together. Add vanilla and mix. Pour over brown sugar and mix. Add eggs and mix. Sift dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients, alternating with milk, mixing after each addition. Add nuts and mix. Drop by teaspoon and bake at 250 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Ice while hot.
